„Humanitäre Hilfe ist das, was jeder kann“, in den reichen Ländern für die armen Hilfsbedürftigen zu geben war so schön einfach und nicht so kompliziert wie Entwicklungspolitik, die den Veränderungsbedarf immer mehr im reichen Norden sieht. Diese vereinfachte Sichtweise trägt den praktischen Herausforderungen und den ethischen Dilemmata bei der Umsetzung der Humanitären Prinzipien der Menschlichkeit, Unparteilichkeit, Unabhängigkeit und Neutralität nicht Rechnung. -
