Kadijatu, 20 months old in the Nutritional Centre of MSF Kenema Hospital.
In the last year, her mum brought her to the Minsitry of Health and Santiation run Kenema Governmental Hospital (KGH) six times before arriving here at MSF Hospital.
She was admitted with SAM (severe acute malnutrition) and pneumonia a week ago.
The MSF medical team also prescribed her an antibiotic treatment to cure her persistent cough.
As she was not responding to the treatment and fearing she had developed Tuberculosis, Kadijatu was referred to KGH to have an X-ray of her lungs.
The result of her exam showed an acute infection in her right lung.
When this photo was taken, she had just been tested for TB and did not yet know the result.
